{"id":3236,"date":"2019-08-22T17:49:57","date_gmt":"2019-08-22T20:49:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/enterarte.info\/press\/?p=3236"},"modified":"2019-08-22T17:49:57","modified_gmt":"2019-08-22T20:49:57","slug":"modificacion-en-la-ley-del-artista-permite-el-desarrollo-de-actividades-compatible-con-las-prestaciones-por-jubilacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/enterarte.info\/press\/modificacion-en-la-ley-del-artista-permite-el-desarrollo-de-actividades-compatible-con-las-prestaciones-por-jubilacion\/","title":{"rendered":"MODIFICACI\u00d3N EN LA LEY DEL ARTISTA PERMITE EL DESARROLLO DE ACTIVIDADES COMPATIBLE CON LAS PRESTACIONES POR JUBILACI\u00d3N."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La modificaci\u00f3n en el art\u00edculo \u00fanico de la ley N\u00ba 19.154 es un m\u00e9rito por la importancia que tiene para las personas que trabajan en la cultura y las artes y porque constituye un avance en la compatibilidad entre el trabajo y la jubilaci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 el ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (MTSS), Ernesto Murro en conferencia de prensa celebrada en la sala Alba Roballo del MEC.\u00a0Desde la implementaci\u00f3n de la ley en el a\u00f1o 2013 son 69 las personas que se jubilaron, 46 de ellas lo hicieron entre 2018 -2019<\/p>\n<p>Esta aprobaci\u00f3n es el resultado de un proceso de trabajo iniciado en el a\u00f1o 2008 con la ley N\u00ba 18. 384 de seguridad e inclusi\u00f3n social para las y los artistas.<\/p>\n<p>La ley gener\u00f3 particularidades para el sector como es el c\u00f3mputo en los tiempos de ensayo y entre los contratos, en c\u00f3mo establecer un m\u00ednimo de actividades para computar un a\u00f1o para la jubilaci\u00f3n, entre otros aspectos que contemplan la realidad del sector.<\/p>\n<p>Murro indic\u00f3 que son 5478 las personas inscriptas en el registro nacional de artistas y oficios conexos del MTSS de las cuales 3451 son hombres y 2057 mujeres.
